Phoenix Flea is on Small Business Saturday, November 25th from 10am-5pm at Heritage Square in Downtown Phoenix. Be familiar with Phoenix Flea before purchasing & submitting an application; please thoroughly read our Vendor Guide and scroll through our Instagram photo gallery for additional photos of the event and previous vendors.
How to Apply to Be a Vendor:
Phoenix Flea is a curated outdoor market at Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix. We select a limited number of vendors. All potential Vendors must apply to Phoenix Flea by purchasing a non-refundable application. The application is a digital download and can be downloaded at purchase. Vendor applications are to be filled out entirely and accompanied with the following information: images on a website, online store, or photo archive link where we can review your work. Submit completed application firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use a variety of criteria to determine acceptance, which includes but is not limited to:
Ø How your item(s) fit in with our vision.
Ø The quality, innovation and uniqueness of your wares.
Ø If your work falls into the categories of: Fine Art, Design, Handcrafted, Fashion, Vintage, etc.
For previous vendor, we also consider the following:
Ø Did you follow vendor guidelines.
Ø Were you easy to work with.
Ø Did you promote the event.
Vendor Approval Process:
Approved vendors will be notified via email and sent a PayPal invoice within 2 weeks of submitting a completed application.A limited number of applications will be accepted. All invoices must be paid within 1 week of approval. If payment is not received within one week vendor will forfeit their space.
Ø Only items listed on accepted applications may be sold at Phoenix Flea.
ØVendors must be independently owned, operated and not affiliated with any franchise.
Ø If selling merchandise on behalf of another artist, designer, etc vendor must have permission to sell on their behalf.
Ø Curated Vintage items must be 20 years & older in good condition.
Ø Vendors may not share a booth. If you are teaming up or collaborating with another artist on an item being sold at Phoenix Flea, this must be listed on your application.
Ø Vendors must hold a valid Arizona State license and permit to sell in the City of Phoenix*. You can obtain both the license and the permit online, most are good for one year.Food vendors must meet all City & State licensing & insurances requirements.
Ø Vendors are required to support and promote the event.

Ø Breakdown 5 PM – 7:00 PM
Ø Vendors will receive their check in time the week of November 25th, 2017. Vendor placement is at the sole discretion of Phoenix Flea. We can not accept any location requests. Vendors are responsible for providing adequate shade & environment for their product.
Ø Vendors are not permitted at the venue before checking in at 7:30AM on the day of the event and must be set up for sales by 9:30AM. Vendors must be packed up by 7:00PM. Vendors are expected to leave the market clean.
Ø Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading their setup. Bring all their own equipment, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
Ø Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading their setup. Vendors will unload their set-ups & products in the designated unloading zones and transport to their booths. We recommend a rolling cart or moving dolly.
Ø Vendors are only allowed to provide products described on their accepted application.
Ø Vendors may place signage within their booth space and their own business cards available for customer pick-up. Flyering of any kind is prohibited.
Ø Vendors may bring an assistant to help run their booths. Two people maximum (including vendor) for small booths. Three people maximum (including vendor) for large booths.
Ø Phoenix Flea occurs outdoors RAIN OR SHINE.
Ø Vendors are required to support and promote the event.
Booth Specifications & Fees:
Small: 10 ft wide x 5 ft deep $175
All display items, including tables & chairs must fit inside the 10x5 space. Displays must not disturb the neighboring booths. Vendors may bring an assistant to help run their booths. Two people maximum (including vendor) for small booths.
Large: 15 ft wide x 15 ft deep $275
All display items, including tables & chairs must fit inside the 15x15 space. Displays must not disturb the neighboring booths. Vendors may bring an assistant to help run their booths. Three people maximum (including vendor) for large booths.
Ø Where should we park?
For vendors we recommend: The Heritage Garage next to Heritage Square ($12 a day). Other Garages and parking are available in the downtown area. We can not validate parking.
For attendees we recommend: Taking the Light Rail to the 3rd Street & Washington stop. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Heritage Square/Science Park. There's metered street parking and parking garages. We recommend Center Parking Garage on 5th Street (400 N. 5th Street) it's only $3/hour.
Ø What is the entrance fee?
$5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free.
Ø What is the anticipated attendance?
We anticipate 6000+ attendees.
Ø Is Phoenix Flea a family friendly event?
Yes, Phoenix Flea is a community event with something for the whole family! All displays and products should be family friendly.
Ø Where do I get my City and State Privilege (Sales) and Use Tax License?

Ø Do all booths have access to electrical outlets?
No, the majority of the booths in the park do not have access to electrical outlets.
Ø Does the venue offer WIFI?
No, Heritage Square does not have WiFi in the park.
Ø Giveaways & Promotions?
Phoenix Flea encourages all vendors to participate in giveaways & promotions.
Ø Will all vendors be featured on Phoenix Flea social media?
Not likely. While we try to feature as many vendors as possible, we are unable to feature all vendors. Our main objective is to promote the event, which benefits all our vendors. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
No refunds. Phoenix Flea occurs outdoors RAIN OR SHINE. Each seller shall comply with the Vendor Guidelines provided, any infringement may result in vendor termination. Each seller shall comply with applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall hold the management harmless against any failure to do so.
